Payment Agreement for Ligament
These Payment Agreement (the "Terms") are entered into by and between Ligament, Stripe, and the user of Ligament ("User" or "You"). These Terms govern the use of the payment features and services provided within Ligament.
1. Payment Processing
1.1 Payment Methods: Ligament accepts payments using Debit Cards, UPI, Bank Tranfer.
1.2 Payment Authorization: By using the payment features of Ligament, you authorize us to process payments on your behalf.
2. Billing and Invoicing
2.1 Billing Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including a valid payment method.
2.2 Invoicing: Invoices for applicable charges will be generated electronically and made available to you within sometime by the Stripe if they are providing after the payment. You are responsible for reviewing and disputing any discrepancies during the payment.
3. Subscription and Recurring Payments
3.1 Subscription Services: If Ligament may offer subscription-based services in future, you agree to pay the recurring fees associated with your chosen subscription plan.
3.2 Automatic Renewal: Subscription plans may automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be notified in advance of any upcoming renewals.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
4.1 Refund Policy: Ligament may have a refund policy specifying under what circumstances, if any, refunds will be issued. Please refer to the refund policy for details.
4.2 Cancellation: You may cancel subscription services by following the cancellation procedures specified within Ligament. Cancellations may result in the forfeiture of fees paid.

5.1 Late Fees: Payments not received by the due date may be subject to late fees as outlined in our fee schedule.

6.1 Security: Ligament employs industry-standard security measures to protect payment information. However, you are responsible for the security of your account credentials and must report any unauthorized use promptly.
6.2 Data Protection: We handle your payment data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed on our website.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within Ligament. Continued use of the payment features constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
