Payment Terms and Conditions for Ligament
These Payment Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are entered into by and between Ligament, Stripe, and the user of Ligament ("User" or "You"). These Terms govern the use of the payment features and services provided within Ligament.
1. Payment Processing
1.1 Payment Methods: Ligament accepts payments using Debit Cards, UPI, Bank Tranfer.
1.2 Payment Authorization: By using the payment features of Ligament, you authorize us to process payments on your behalf.
2. Billing and Invoicing
2.1 Billing Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including a valid payment method.
2.2 Invoicing: Invoices for applicable charges will be generated electronically and made available to you within sometime by the Stripe if they are providing after the payment. You are responsible for reviewing and disputing any discrepancies during the payment.
3. Subscription and Recurring Payments
3.1 Subscription Services: If Ligament may offer subscription-based services in future, you agree to pay the recurring fees associated with your chosen subscription plan.
3.2 Automatic Renewal: Subscription plans may automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be notified in advance of any upcoming renewals.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
